CHRISTINA M. LONG
OWNER/PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Christina Long is an entrepreneur and community-builder who is passionate about diversity, inclusion and economic development through entrepreneurship.
Long is a Wichita native, Wichita State University graduate and owner of CML Collective, LLC, a graphic design and communication services firm. She is also the Founding President/CEO of Create Campaign, Inc., a tax-exempt nonprofit she established to help urban entrepreneurs in Kansas to launch, innovate and grow.
Long leads the Wichita Urban E-Community, has served on the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors and is a new author of her debut book, “For the Greater Success.” Her numerous honors include receiving the: Chamber’s Exceptional Young Leader Award, earning a Wichita Business Journal Leaders in Diversity Award and being named the Kansas Minority Business Advocate of the Year by the Kansas Department of Commerce’s Office of Minority and Women Business Development.
Long is married to Jonathan and the couple has three brilliant children, Amarah, Malcolm and Jordyn.

Jonathan Long is a catalyst; not a complainer who is facilitating progress in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, community leadership, economic equity and attracting and retaining talent.
Long serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Executive Director of Mosaic at the Tulsa Regional Chamber. Prior to that, he held the Director of Community Advancement and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion positions at the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce. In both roles, he focused on helping to create transformational change and to foster an atmosphere where individuals have the opportunity to live their best life. Long also serves as the Lead Strategist for CML Collective, LLC. CML Collective is an award-winning company that strengthens marketing and communication strategies for brands that recognize inclusion as a business imperative.
Long is very active in the community as he’s involved in the leadership of organizations including: Wichita Urban Professionals and the Wichita Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He has also been an active member of the Mayor’s Young Professionals Advisory Committee, Boys and Girls Club of South Central Kansas iBoard and several other community-based organizations. Long received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN and has earned a MiniMPA Certificate from the Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs from Wichita State University.
Cassandra Enlow
Chief of staff
Cassandra Enlow serves as the Chief of Staff of CML Collective LLC serving Create Campaign, Inc. She came to CML Collective as the Public Relations Specialist in 2021. Cassandra oversees daily operations and staffing.
She began her professional career in education at Hamilton Middle School in 2015 where she served as a Family Engagement Liaison, helping to close the gap between school and family. She was also an active member of USD 259’s Family Engagement Leadership Workforce. This group collaborated, through intense research, to develop today’s Family Engagement Standards for Wichita Public Schools. In 2020, she pivoted and began her entrepreneurial journey with The Goodt(Good) Services, a luxury assistance organization. Under this company, she offered premium child care assistance at an affordable price, virtual administrative assistance, and on set/staging assistance. She is also the CEO of All Angles 360, a 360 event photo booth company.
Cassandra attended Wichita East High School in Wichita, KS and graduated in 2009. Pursuing a career in Mortuary Science, Cassandra attended Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, MO and Coffeyville Community College in Coffeyville, KS in 2010. She has received state recognition for several written publications and district recognition for her informative and transformative customer service training.
